    testing brazilian hammock in garage

I got a Brazilian hammock delivered today. so I decided to setup in my garage to test first - before hanging full time in bedroom. The garage is where my WBBB is usually set up anyway.

I first attempted to hang anchors at 12ft apart - it did not seem right. I wound up hanging it at about 14.5 from the ceiling of my garage.

tho not sure if I got the right angle/sag? seems pretty comfy so far.

Since I took these pictures I added a down/feather UQ I made - will see how it works out

Glad to see your new hammock arrived. It's great that you have a place for test hangs before committing to holes in your sheetrock. Enjoy!

PS - What spread is in the second photo? The hammock looks a little high off the ground, so don't forget to adjust your rope lengths when trying different attachment spacing.

Knotty - all the pics are once I got it to the 14.5ft. I'll take a another picture tmwr with the UQ on & blankets in it so you can get a better idea of the height. I think that 2nd pic is deceiving...

this technically is not for me - its for my other half. And if she decides she likes it - then we get one for me

Did you ever get this hung in the house? I would love to know what you went with for your attachment points (i.e. ceiling/wall, eye-bolts/pads knotty recommends)

It is still in the garage. However, after quite a bit of testing diff configurations. Testing is the fun part

I will be putting anchor points in ceiling. Right now in garage I'm using regular eye screw thingy's. For bedroom hang will use hardware that Knotty recommends.
