I know these people and they are just as good as their custom made products. I have had them make me custom gear for years now. I am also a proud owner of their new "Stealth Kit", which I used for the first time this weekend. Can't wait to see the new products that they will be adding soon...

I have their products as well and could not be happier! I really like how they sew the seams on the hammocks, really strong. This stuff is made to last for years. I used the WL down TQ this past weekend, man that thing was warm. I'm 6' tall and the King size TQ can be pulled over my head, plenty of room. Looking forward to seeing your review on it OutandBack.

How does the hammock stack up to other models? I am looking at the "Snipe", but am over 6' and 225 lbs.

I'm 6'4'' , 210lbs and went with the Night Owl for the added piece of mind. I think the Snipe will lay flat at around 180 lbs and max. weight limit around 230lbs. That is just material specs Im going by though.

These guys have been easy to work with. I had them do some custom work for me adding pull-outs to my Speer Winter Tarp which turn out great. I also have one of their king size Top Quilts. I got to use it for the first time last weekend on the Birkhead Trail in the Uwharrie Mtn. Temps got down in the low 40’s. I came close to breaking a sweat so I would feel comfortable going out in much colder conditions.

The Snipe would be right under its max. limit for you. We are conservative on our weight limits for users protection. Thanks and happy hanging!
