    Emailed HH several times and Ann always responds fast (usually within minutes) which is exceptional. I wish they'd redesign the website to make it a little easier to navigate (some of the info is missing or seems outdated)...but their CS is great.

    HH Customer service

    When I ordered my HH, I made a mistake on the Quanity. I meant to order 2, And I ordered 4??!! Tom called me personally, and fixed my order. Wonderful product, great people.

    When I got my dj zip from hh the lady on the phone was super nice and helpful. I wish Tom and all his staff the very best. By the way the family all had to try out my hammock and now all have to get one so.............placed an order today for two scouts zip and a dj xl.
