Open Letter to Hennessy

I have been dealing with Ann and Keltie at Hennessy for about the past 4 months and have exchanged approx. 25 emails in that time......

All i can say is that the customer service i have received has been absolutely tremendous, every single email was responded too right away and all the questions and concerns i had were both addressed and answered for me.

The whole kicker of this deal was in the end Keltie did a huge courtesy for me, as well as Ann did in the beginning.......these went well above and beyond what was expected.

Just wanted to put a big public "THANK YOU" out there to Tom and his whole staff, you guys are tremendous to deal with.

It's really good to see a thread like this, and I agree 100%. They've been really good to me and have answered my questions within a day or two at the most. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I've only ever sent them a few emails but have always got very fast replies from Ann or Keltie.

Great service on the phone too... and delivery of items was fast easy and trouble free!!!

i agree, Tom's staff makes his product even better. i often think they do not sleep.

I agree with everyone. Tom has some of the most cordial and informative staff of ANY company I have ever had dealings with. Have had quick response to the couple emails I have sent and also every question ever asked over the phone. I was always left with the feeling that I was speaking with a person who knew the product and had all the right answers.

Same here. This thread eases some worries I had from having read some other threads recently with the opposite view. In fact, when I first read this thread title, I thought "OH NO, here we go again- what has happened to HH?". But though I don't doubt those other threads and believe that a few folks had some unsatisfactory experiences, still it seems that the majority have had great service.

I agree. I have never had an issue with Hennessy. When I did ask questions they were answered quickly and correctly.

I have also had nothing but great experiences with them. Before I bought my HH, I was new to the whole hammock scene. I had a ton of questions and I got a ton of answers. Even when I emailed them concerning the discomfort from the velcro entrance, Ann said I could send it back(even though I used it) and she would send me the zip version. I then read on HF how to get past the discomfort and let Ann know I would be keeping the bottom entry. I wish more businesses would have service like that of Hennessy Hammocks!
