Live from hammock with a ?

So I got the night to myself, wife @ work and Nana wanted 3 y/o to spend the night. Got me to thinking about setting everything up in the yard. ENO DN, KAQ UQ, Bugnet( 3 days of 70* weather in Mississippi and the skeeters are out in full force), tarp( mainly to test the new guylines from Whoopieslings.com and they are great). Now my problem, shoulder squeeze. never noticed before. Still new at the hammock stuff and prolly got something off. looking for any advice.

Try sliding a bit down toward your foot-end a bit more ....may help.
    Happens sometime.
    Have a good skeeter-free night.

I sleep in an Eno every night, I use a full size curved neck pillow in there. It's a harder foam that regular pillows and it keeps the head end a bit wider, have never tried it with a regular pillow though...

Have you tried hanging the hammock with more sag? Imagine a hammock strung tight between two trees like a tarp - the sides would be touching each other: shoulder squeeze.

When I read that the skeeters were out in full force I had to check to see if this was an old post, I still have snow on the ground. I dont miss those skeeters!

    +1 on that..
Try to maintain the 30* angle on your suspension also, makes a world of difference.
Do you have a ridgeline on your set up? If not, tie one on and adjust till you feel its comfortable. Use a non stretch rope or cord to keep it consistent.

Yeah i think my angle was off some. Got comfortable by sliding down some and getting on greater diagonal. It was nice out with a breeze blowing, just me and man's best friend( almost stepped on her getting out of the hammock). We had snow less than a month ago but it doesn't last long here in the south. And here are the pics to prove it did happened.
