Perhaps you are thinking about insulation? (i.e. keeping you warm)

A lot of folks have tried using them (myself included), and have found them to be too loud, too awkward, too finicky, and too much work for the reward. They also increase the likelihood of condensation.

That said, in an emergency situation they do help. (Keep in mind that they are supposed to be used close to your skin to 'trap' in radiant heat.)

Of course I sleep in a hammock!

There is no need to apologize. I guarantee your English is better then my German. We are a big happy family here, so we enjoy helping our brothers & sisters find a better way to sleep.

another idea: is it possible to use a similar sheet inside the sleeping bag?
(I think about a sheet which is available for protecting car windows: one side silver, the other side very thin foam)

Yes that method gets used a lot also and usually has better results then the space sheet.
The biggest point to keep in mind is that most materials that you could use to insulate under your body lose most of the insulation qualities by being compressed under your body. For best results you want to create a static air zone under your body so that convection and air-movement don't rob you of body heat.

Yes, I used a thermarest as my only bottom insulation for the first summer I was hammocking.
