Might want to check out this thread. $100 off is a pretty darn good deal although it is made of cuben fiber and that does raise the initial cost.

I have one of these Down UQ's that don't cost you all those pennies.

Backtrack... is this a flat underquilt or is it "cupped" to fit the hammock better?

I ordered mine on Friday with 5 onces over-stuff Marty was great to work with because when I first got a hold of him there was no over-stuff option now the hardest part waiting for it to get to me

Sorry for the delayed reply! I have been out enjoying these 80 degree days.

The UQ that I got from Marty at WildernessLogics has around 3.5"+ of loft when it fluffs out on a table. Its more cupped to fit you better and keep out air flow. I think you will be happy with it, I sure like mine. I also ordered a TQ from them last month and am really happy with the quality and warmth. No more bulky sleeping bags for me!

@ Big Joe- You will be very very warm with all of that down. I think his temp ratings are conservative. I had my 20 degree UQ in colder temps and was just fine. That added protection is the way to go though...
