After my first full night in my BB the back is still the same, probably not the best condition to be in for the first full hang. One of the issues I had was I used my sleeping bag (waiting for my incubator and burrow). The material of the bag against the hammock kept causing me to slowly slide towards the foot end. I might need to lower the head end just a touch.
In the meantime it's stretching out the back on the floor.

For me it was the forth morning I noticed my back was feeling better and my better half brought it to my attention that I had not brought Snap, Crackle and Pop to breakfast since the third day. So just "hang in there" and hopefully you will see improvement too.

First time I slept in my blackbird I hung the foot end too low. Even though my sleeping bag was open like a top quilt I still slid down all night. Still noobish and getting the sag and angles right sometimes takes a while but I have found that sweet spot and when I do . . . AHHHH!

Hope your back repairs quickly 'cause I know what that's like.

I have been having trouble with my back ever since I was. I threw it out coughing. I have been doing hammock therapy every night and finally after a week or two it is starting to feel so much better I can walk in the morning now.
