Sounds good, I'm planning on being there. I'll probably head to Portland a day or two in advance and stay at my brother's place, and then leave for there on the 4th.

I don't know my definite plans yet, but I'm willing to carpool or meet up with people early from Portland or close by if anyone wants/needs.

I'm game.... will be taking those days off work for sure. I live in Salem, so its not far from here. Good choice for a hang. Beautiful area and the water is crystal clear.

It would be great to have you, Dweller. If you've never been to Opal Creek you're in for a real treat.

You've probably been to the North Fork to go swimming in the Summer, most people around here have.

Yeah I've been to North Fork a lot. I love that whole area up there. Another good place is the Molalla River.

I don't think I've ever been to the Molalla River, do you kayak camp or are there trails to hike?

There is one maintained trial that I know of, but there are several other trails up there. You might be able kayak camp there certain parts of the year. But it would be swift!

Heya, everybuggy!! Sorry I've been AWOL, of late!! Insane work and my younger sister's wedding have been keeping me out of trouble.
