Browny: If you look at Angry Sparrow pic. to reverse engineer the dime is 18mm in dia. I think you get some thing like 4mm wall then 4mm hole for the hook the 4mm wall 3mm hole 4mm wall 3mm hole and 4mm wall. It looks to be about 18mm wide by 26mm high. But that is in Titanium.
hey Dutch, just an idea here... there is a PIF thread in the for sale section.
The concept of that thread is that each person who claims a PIF is obligated to offer something worthwhile as a PIF.
The only real rule is that each item PIF'd has to have rules attached that perpetuate the PIF.
When you get more ready, might you consider offering them in the PIF thread so that each set you offer will spawn a new chain of PIFs?
Its a great way to for folks to redistribute their unused gear and is proving to be a fun endeavor.

The tarp flyz are awesome, btw.

I doubt anyone here would mind you showing off and hijacking one of the PIF threads here, if you put up some more of those sweet little Tarp Flyz...I for myself wouldn't mind having a chance to get a set...I definitely have have issues with Figure 9s and the 1.75mm Lash-It I use...ususally use a slippery half hitch on my tarp ridge line...so I will for sure be paying attention to the PIF threads next week...can't wait for the chance to get a set.
Excellent job on the creation on these...and really hope these go into production...Cheers to that man!!!!!
Moxie the 1.75 lash it is what works best. I also really like the 2.5. I have been thinking if I have to put a backup knot on my fig9 the what is the point of using the device. I thik our line has gotten smaller than the fig9 can handle and teh lash it type line is slippery. I ordered another plate of TI and some stainless steel. I'm sure I will be making a lot of these.

Agreed...I like the concept of them and find it fairly useful in terms of getting a very tight/taught tarp ridge line...being able to use it almost as a small pulley to get the line tight...but when it comes to tieing it down, I don't trust it completely with the 1.75mm line...hence the slippery half hitch.
Moski, who no longer feels the Secret Ninja Ski emptiness..............
B/C he got them now
Those look great Dutch and Angry Sparrow, good stuff, love the innovation on this site
Cheers
