If you have people that arrive late at night to the Red Creek Campground, there is a site about 250 yards in on the Blackbird Knob Trail. It's off to the left of the trail. I've night hiked into there before...someone has even hauled in a picnic table.
Hiking to the above site wouldn't be too bad at night IMO. You'll have to cross the right fork, which could be a little hairy. It might be easy to lose the trail just after the crossing, where it goes uphill to the left to meet the Upper Red Creek trail. Otherwise, since the trail is in good shape, it's an easy hike, day or night.
From the junction of the Blackbird Knob and Red Creek Trails, you turn left to go .75 miles to the forks, or continue straight to go .65 miles to the left fork and the campsite above.
