Cool A WA hang! I want in if schedule permits. Not sure I'm in shape for a very long hike into camp. I do have some Family obligations in August but can't remember dates right now. I'll have to check when I get home from work.

That's a killer hike. I mean like about half the trip to the top is stairs. Lots of black flies in August. My daughter took my cell phone for a swim off lunchtop rock.

If you're not in shape, you won't walk much the next day & the decent is tough when your legs are shot.

I'd like to do something in August or maybe a weekend at the end of July?

Actually I think I had too much ale when I found the string and thunk it was for this year. Feel sort of silly now!
Aside from that surly something must be done this year. After all I plan on hanging for the first time this year if I can just make up my mind between HH DJ, and WBBB

not familiar with the Goat rocks. How challenging of a hike are you thinking? I'm very out of shape and just getting back into backpacking after almost 20 years of constant back pain and sciatica.
