    Ahahahahahaha, haa, ha!!!

Funny you mention that, now the forecast has changed a little, but, they are calling for rain and thunderstorms 5/6 days! I was thinking about taking a canoe and paddling the AT ! Here's hoping we get at least two days of no rain!?!?

Have a great trip guys. Was up there the end of last week (dodged the storm). The trout were biting. The mosquitoes weren't. Perfect...

YYYYYEEEEAAAAHHHH man heading out to pick up fellow Hanger Dylan from the Train station and heading out in the AM. Doing my final pack now and still dong know what I'm takeing. Its certainly going to be a wet and wild week on the AT.
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

Hey, I'm heading up that way to do the north section of the SNP AT. Can you tell me what the terrain is like? ie rocky, technical, etc. I'm bringing my dad with me, who's 70 years old and I'd like to get an idea of how many miles is realistic. Thanks, and hope you guys had a great time!

no scrambles, sometimes a bit rocky, mainly a rolling ridge walk with some climbs/descents of a few hundred feet or so
