    Like Rook, the BRCH was the first hammock that I ever owned. I think that I bought it in 2003. I had decided that hanging in a hammock had to be better than sleeping on the ground and the BRCH seemed to fit the bill. I had a problem with it flipping if you put anything in it. I never had that problem when I climbed in it. It was stable with a body in it.

    I bought a HH Explorer about six months later and loved it. The more that I learned about hammocks from the Hammock Camping group on Yahoo, the more money I spent on equipment to be more comfortable and expand my use to four seasons. I now own five different hammocks: a BRCH, two different HH's, a WBBB, and a SB.

    Don't argue with the alligator until after you cross the river.
