    Hello everyone!

Im Dave, from merry old England! Well, some of you probably know me from other sites as Ive seen a few names here I recognise so I wont go into detail but since summer is coming I dusted off my hammocks and well, ended up modifying them and got sucked into the world of hammocks.... again. I remember a friend telling me about this site so whilst making my mods I thought Id check it out and share what Ive been doing!

Ill look forward to getting into this forum and the wonderful world of hammocks!

Welcome Davey. If you hang around here long enough you will get bit by the bug and will be hanging year round. Its a crazy world this hanging around in trees thing we do, or at least it seems crazy to people who have never seen a camping hammock before and can't understand why its not made of white rope with wood spreaders.

    Thanks folks!

Jazilla! Your absouloubtley right! I asked my dads girlfriend whos a seemstress if she would make me a bug net the other day and she asked me why ''People in this day and age would want to camp like that?'' I tried my hardest but she didnt understand. Either way she still agreed to make a bug net for me so all is good!
