    Superfly arrived today!

OH YES! Took a bit of time, but it's understandable. One man can only do so much. The wait was well worth it!

Thanks to everyone at Warbonnet Outdoors!

hey dchuey, I just got mine today too! I agree 100% that the wait was worth it. I do have a question though. I was under the impression that it would come with shock cord and cord locks for the doors. Did yours come with these or do we purchase them separately?

Mine also arrived today. I'm looking forward to rigging it up in my yard tomorrow. The cord locks and shockcords do not come included strom. I will be using some kelty triptease, 1/8" shockcord, and amsteel for mine. How are you guys planning to set yours up?

I'm not sure. The video doesn't show a ridgeline so I think I'll try his way and with the ridgeline both above and below the tarp. I'm all for more experienced input though.

Not necessary to use a ridgeline with the Superfly (a tarp made by Warbonnet Outdoors...). The grossgrain seam across the top of the fly will function as a ridgeline. Just tie off to the rings (or whatever he is using these days) and tie off to the tree. Pretty simple and quick. Been lovin my Superfly for 2 years now and still going strong.

Nah no Shock Chord, but that's fine with me. There's an REI store less than 20 minutes away and plenty of hardware stores in Michigan.

I'm planning on keeping one panel tied low and close to the hammock (like a backdrop) and the other side tied off via trek poles/trees like an awning when weather permits.

I'm a big fan of fresh air/breezes so I'll try to keep it as open as possible when I can.

I live in an apartment complex, so I'll get some shots up ASAP. Still looking for a TQ/UQ if anyone's got one they'd like to get rid of!
