    I use a combination of stakes. I usually take a few carbon fiber stakes (9 inch) from Tigoat for those times when a short stake won't do; I supplement that with a few aluminum Y-stakes and the rest are titanium shepherds hook stakes. I most generally take 8 to 10, since I camp in windy places.
    This makes for about 3 to 4 ounces, depending on how many I take.

    For alot of people blue stands out better against forest floors than blaze orange.

    Thanks! I'm new here and have just been lurking so hadn't seen that posted anywhere. Looks like the paint just isn't very bright when compared to blaze orange on fabric. Don't drop it in a field of bluebells! :-P
