As a fellow widebody and WBBB owner I feel your pain, well not literally!!!!!!!! I have found that once I get the hammock hung just right it is easier to get out of. It also helps that I learned to get my backside as close to the edge of the fabric before I get into the "wheezing whale" position and drop my legs out. From there its a couple of baby steps back getting my head over the center of gravity and I can stand up. It will also help with some more ab work, still working on those myself.
