Hello--from--Bloomington, IL....

I'm from here--
I've lived in AZ and FL and now I'm back here:....(

I got into the outdoors stuff when I was a kid, i was always ordering the RAmbo survival knives and trying to pretend I was in a survival sanario... and then I stopped for years as I was now a teen age rock and roller....well more like a heavy metal'er...er er...hmmm

After a fun filled and broke lifestyle of a Heavy Metal guitarist in the Tampa Bay metal scene still in my mid 20's.... I moved to AZ had a child and went to school for Network Administration...

After sept 11........... I decided I needed to get over my fear of firearms ( I was shot in the mouth when I was a kid) and so I started my obsession with guns...

Now in my mid 30's I've dropped the gun thing and I'm back to when I was a kid, just playing with fire in my back yard camping and hiking and enjoying the simple stuff....

A good knife..or three
A bow
A back pack
and a hammock....

Currently having a blast with The Claytor Jungle Hammock...

Professor Hammock's and Shug's you tube vids have been priceless!!!!

Thanks guys!!!

Hope to move to Idaho soon and live off the grid as soon as the kids are gone...
