Colorado weather is so strange this time of year.
We can have a 70 degree day like today and it can snow tomorrow.
I just keep the pack ready and when the weather breaks I'm all set to go.

Mountain House FD Beef Stew. I rate it a 5 out of 10.
With my REI rebate I picked up several FD meals to try on these lunch from the hammock outings so I'd know what to take
on a real trip. So far the only MH I liked is Lasagna with meat. I'm having much better luck with Hawke Vittles.

I've never taken him over night.
This was his first hike and he did really well.

We do boat together all the time.
