Just saw that Birchbark, Mozzie and Bobcat13 are also hiking this year. Probably others I haven't listed. Here's hoping a praying for a fun and safe hike for all.

Thanks Shadowmoss & Slowhike! I don't know about all the rest that are thru-ing this year, but I know this site and the people here are a big part of the reason I'm looking forward to it. They say the difference between a thru-hiker and a section hiker is that the section hikers smile and the thrus don't.

Well, I sleep sooooo good at night now that the Cannibal will surely be wearing a smile under the Warbonnet. Especially, when I win the bet with Cerberus and get beer and pizza.

If you fall at all you will have to change your signature to "I've got my Warbonnet ON... the ground!"

yeah, it's strange when we start missing a regular poster... like when HE was on the trail.
but hopefully you can find a computer on occasion & drop a line.
