WooHoo First night out in a couple years!!

Health concerns have kept me home for a couple years, but somehow I got roped into Spring Camporee this year. That means I get to hang out. Breaking in a new Exped, and Whoopie slings I learned about since coming here. It's warm enough I probably wont need an UQ and don't have one if I needed one. This Exped is zippered so we will see if it works any better with the chair as I can hang it lower and park next to the hammock instead of under.

Thanks to generous donations from our friends here and the things I have learned here, I think we created a number of new hangers. We had things to raffle off, and new things to teach the kids. We made whoopie slings, demonstrated different kinds of hammocks, and I learned it is a bad nights sleep when you only deploy one side of a hammock. I suspect we will gain some members and i met several members of our forums that live but blocks from my house. We are contemplating a spring hang perhaps nearby Flint Ridge state park.
