How much amsteel will I need?

i bought 600 ft, sold 200 ft. i'm out of amsteel now.

the 130 ft Maple used for a clothesline didn't help

but i agree with others 100 ft to start.

You need a lot.....like a whole bunch of the stuff.....as in, you will never have enough. You'll have a gear closet and a cord closet....it's a separate obsession
