    Mine arrived today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!

Thanks to Adam/Jenny for putting up with my calls/emails and for expressing it to me to make sure it was here in time. You won't be disappointed LD. Beautiful craftsmanship.

I hope to have some pics up today. Just thought I'd post real quick. I just treated the hammock with permethrin so when the FL sun dries that (in about 5 min) I'll attach the UQ. Looks gorgeous!

No biggie...Most folks don't realize it. I do well face-to-face. I have talked to a few folks on the phone, but by and large, I prefer Stormcrow to handle it.

It would be an interesting moment if one of you talked to me, then received a shipment of a "green snap" Burrow, instead of what you really ordered - a "sweet black" Burrow. Oh, the stories I could tell....

I am the proud owner of two each summer weight burrows and Incubators. Only a short season of use, but have yet to see a feather fly (opposed to other down gear from the 'big time' manufacturers).

Also must say they are clearly using top grade down as I am a cool sleeper and my trail buddy sleeps cold and we have been to 37f in wet weather without a snivel.

Well, my 3-season Phoenix showed up today! Can't believe how quick Adam and Jenny got this up to me...I only received my shipping notice a few days ago...I've had things take longer to get here from Calgary!

Had a quick test hang, crazy how nice and warm this quilt is. I like to sleep on a pretty good diagonal and found it really hard to stay on a z-lite pad, but with this quilt, there is room to spare no matter how I am orientated in the hammock. The suspension stays well above the BB footbox and does not bother on the head end either.

The quality of the worksmanship is impeccable. Great looking black on the outside, really cool green inside, camo stuffsack and the stitching is perfect. It packs up to a really neat little bundle, and when unpacked, lofts up like crazy in about 10 minutes.

In my opinion, if you are on the fence deciding if you want to buy one of these, take the leap, you won't be dissapointed...great quilt, great customer service!

    Cheers

Oops...sorry did not mean to. 33 years as a "trained observer" has made my brain remember certain things about people (the memory works in wierd ways as I age though). I remember reading Jenny's () post where she talked about how she deals with it. Just hoping to shed some light not shame...manners being something I need to polish.

No worries! Just on of those unavoidable foot in mouth moments that are so common in my daily life.

I can see how talking on the phone would be hard considering the mix of regional slang and accents that can occur when your customer base covers pretty much all of North America and beyond. Heck, get a few beers into me and I revert to Snuffy Smith talk in no time.

Hear ya loud and clear. An hour around a southern (but especially Texas) accent and I am y'all and dawging big time. Feels like returning to the childhood happy place (love me some Texas y'all!).

Watching the USPS Track & Confirm like a junkie searching for his connection! Later the group box will be under surveillance. Come on Mail lady, don't leave me like this...I'm good for it!
