    Unbelievable Help and Kindness -Thanks!!!

    Hey Guys,
First off, let me just thank everyone who responded to my thread about the WBBB, HH, Clark decisions. I got some great information, great advice, and it really helped.
Second, I just wanted to say that I have never been much of a "forum" guy. I played bagpipes in a band for several years and used to look through some of the forums of those folks. I left my involvement on those forums because of the flame wars and nastiness between members (and they're all supposed to be on the same team). There were also a lot of so called "experts" that made new guys feel really, well, dumb.
That has NOT been the case here at HF. I am so impressed with all of your assistance and the humbleness that comes across as just plain kindness, that I am a member for life (and I don't even hang yet!).
I wanted to let everyone know that I went ahead and made a decision about which hammock to purchase. I have decided to go with a WBBB. Sorry to the HH and Clark fellas. I just felt like there was (and is) such an overwhelming response to that hammock, it seems like I just couldn't go wrong. It was also through the kindness of another member (thanks regultr!) that has made this possible for me. I am purchasing his WBBB 1.7 DL with JRB Mt Washington UQ, WBBMJ tarp and lines. As I explained before, I don't have much of a chance to see any of this over here in Japan.
I will be sure to post lots of photos and some of my experiences to the forum of hanging over here in the wilds of Japan (yeah, outside of Tokyo, there is quite a bit of woods and mountains, with bears and everything!).
Thanks again to all of you for your help and patience with such a dang newbie like myself! You guys and gals all rock!!

Congrats on the purchases and have fun in the woods over there. Please be safe while you are hanging and glad to see that you made it through the catastrophies that impacted Japan recently.

You are SOOOOO gonna love that setup!! Congrats, and enjoy your stay, every member here is valuable, and rarely do you see anyone saying something inflamitory and usually then it's most likely unintended.
