Hey man. Not sure how much your friend weighs or how tall he/she is etc. but I do happen to have an extra Hennessey Hammock Exped Scout that I am trying to get rid of. Seeing that I am a few blocks from you maybe your friend would be interested in trying it out sometime? Its brand spankin new never opened. Let me know, peace
P.S. mind if I hang sometime? My friends down here aren't the outdoorsy type and as it is I'd have to go it alone.

I appreciate the offer but we just worked out a deal with RMcT, and I think we have the hammock and tarps covered now. I have my Insulation and my buddy is gonna have to work on that as he goes.

As far as the hangin...... sure, we can get together.
Earlier this spring we had been doing regular daytrips up to the DWG area, getting in 10 to 12 mile out-n-backs on the AT. Not having gear to overnight was holding us back from doing anything longer considering the 4 hour drive round trip.

Things look like they're starting to come together now though, getting the gear worked out anyway.

When we get things going and are able to hit the trail again I'll let you know.

Hope you don't mind hangin with a couple of "old dudes".
