Aren't the dimensions of the bed of the TX-250 exactly the same as the dimensions of the NX-250?

Finally got to hang in my TX 150, haven't had it out on a trip yet but here are my initial observations, (coming from a black bird owner)
    1) Man this thing is built
    2) I really like being able to take off the bugnet
    3) looks like it will take an underquilt really well, which is good b/c I think it would be a pain to use a pad
    4) the poles work good but are a bit if a pain to insert

Once I get a chance to get it out, I'll try to do a full comparison to the BB, with pictures and all

You know, as far as the poles go, you bring up a good point that I've never thought about but a good fix by Clark would be to have clips for the poles but they'd be so small, they may not hold up long without being damaged in packing. something to think about though.

I did not find the poles to be a pain. A few more seconds at the most. You could just hang it without the poles too.

You guys are really tempting me!!
The TX has been in all my dreams!!
I wake up only to find I'm still in my North American!
I might just have to get a TX, but then again all those blessed dreams will go away. But wait.....I'll have to find something else to dream about if I get a TX!!
How many plasma donations does it take to get a TX 150??

I have o say after two nights in my TX 250 including last night in a huge storm, I can't wait to get back in it tonight. This is may favorite hammock. I got the Vertex tarp with it and there is no way to get wet under this tarp.

I don't find them to be a pain either but clips would be easier. Easier by a minimal amount and that if they wouldn't break because they would be so small. I LOVE my NX and TX so you ain't hearin' any complaints form me!

My daughters birthday is tonight and I'm posting from my iPad while I'm at the skating rink watching a bunch of 11-12 year old kids have a great time. If it weren't for that, I'd be in my hammock right NOW! You are making me jealous Riverpirate!
