Thanks for taking the time to do the video. I am one of those that likes to see the whole process to get a feel for it.

It does make more sense as a system to leave on the hammock. If it was too hot you could just flip the pads out of pocket and let them hang.

I don't have a Clark anymore but I used one for several years before catching the diy bug. My latest diy is very similar to the larger Clark's in dimensions.

Thanks again for taking the time

DAD-BURN IT Bradley! Now I'm going to have to order a Z-Liner from Clark! I have been debating this with myself ever since I originally got my NX-250. For some reason, I had envisioned the Z-Liner system as being stiffer and more bulky than it is. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

I believe I gathered from the video that you stated the hammock equipped with the Z-Liner would stuff into the stuff sack OK? This being the case, it seems like the perfect addition for even the summer nights in my high country, where it can, and very frequently does, frost any night throughout the entire summer. Adding an underquilt for the colder months should take care of anything I'm wanting to do.

Again, thanks for doing that video.

I second the suggestion that you should offer it to Clark!

I have just the pads and not the foot part. They work well but they are not much more compact than my KA underquilt when it comes to packing.

In short, I was impressed with Bradley's own, and unimpressed with what Clark does not even show at their web page. A few still shots from Bradley's video are enough to establish that.

How did you get just the pocket pieces?

Dale Gribble: I'm thinking, "new hammock." For me, laying and swaying in a hammock is like a steady morphine drip without the risk of renal failure.

Ok, I just wondered. I may call and ask just that. I need a set of four pocket pads for my TX for my wife when I'm using my Z-liner set in my NX. I'd then use my Hammockgear 3/4 summer phoenix under the center of my TX.

    Thanks

Thanks for this video.. it really helped me decide between purchasing the Z-liner and making my own system.

I'm a little confused about the person you put on your Ignore List. I read and re-read his posts, and I honestly think he was applauding you, not putting you down? I THINK he was saying your post made him decide to make his own system rather than buying Clark's because yours impressed him?

I may be wrong, but .. just sayin?
