Hello Hoosiers,

Hello Hoosiers,
I am new to the forum and just wanted to let you know I would be interested in any future hangs. I am a Jasper, IN resident don't know if you guys are in this area. Take care.
I am glad to hear you had a good time. Hopefully next time I will be able to make it.
Tonka. . . Sorry you and HMH couldn't make it. . . I just remembered what he said about sending PMs for invites. I'll try to remember to do that next time. The loop worked very well. As I mentioned above, I want to try to work out another couple of loop hikes in the area. It's just a matter of finding the right abandoned roads and maybe doing a little bit of bushwhacking. The area south of Browning hill needs a good bit of exploring. I'd like to work out a good route back from the hill that doesn't require backtracking back to Combs road. Mule and I partially managed it, but we didn't really know where we were for most of the day, and we ultimately ended up almost back at the top of the hill and had to backtrack anyway.
Jerry and gmcttr. . . Hope you both get well soon and that you're up to getting back out into the woods soon. I've got another couple of ideas for hikes/hangs. I just need to figure out some dates.
Ackpeep. . . Welcome! I'm not sure what the prospects are for hangs in your neck of the woods. You're welcome to join me any time I head out to the Nebo Ridge or Deam wilderness areas though. I'll post something on here whenever I'm planning on going unless I specifically want to go for a solo trip. And if you know of some place close by to you that you think would be good for a hang, let us know. I'm always up for exploring new places.
Ron. . . I'll be looking forward seeing you out there.

Hey all!
Another Hoosier hanger here itchin' to attend a hang and check out some of your setups. I will definitely be watching for the next one. I'm planning a KT thru hike this fall, but I would like to get a few overnighters in before that to test new gear.
Hope to hang with ya'll sometime!
We'll be here when you're ready.
Pics and a bit of a trip report are up here.
Enjoy!

sorry was away for awhile. Cool that your trip went great sounds like I missed a great one. I too like the idea of loops. Hope to get out soon. If you have a trip you don't mind company on just let me know and I will try to make it. Got a busy summer but want real bad to get out.
