    How do I Sewing a Box Baffle ? ? ?

    How do I sew a Box Baffle . . .

are there any threads covering it ? ? ?

If I sew 3" seperators length wise say every 4" apart
is this the way to do it - as per attached pic ? ? ?

If so would it be nessesary to do a seam fold at the separator ends to avoid unraveling ? ? ?

    I am thinking likely not.

    Thanks, EH!

Hey Bradley, you just have to lock the end stitches, I assume you are using no see-um for your baffles, if so then no need to worry about unravelling
if you using something else, I guess it depends on the fabric your using, if nylon or polyester just singe it, (lighter or other)
good luck and don't forget to post pics !!!

Personally I hem the bugnetting before I attach for good measure. Make sure you can reach your hand in each baffle or it becomes a pain to stuff.
