Believe it or not, I've done about as good as anything just transferring by hand. Since you have pre-measured bags, hand transfer might not be bad (I had big bags and had to first measure into another container). But if you try another method, let us know how it works. Especially if you use a down eductor.

The last time i redid a sleeping bag i did it by hand transfer in the bathtub with the shower door closed. Worked out well

When I made my under-quilt, I did a different method.

I went into my bathtub/shower and closed the curtain and stuffed it in there. After I emptied a bag. I waiting until the down fell inside the tub and just scooped it up and shoved the remaining back in. I pretty much got every single piece of down in my quilt and it worked great.

I liked the method outlined here. Never tried it myself, but it seems easier to weigh out the amount you need for a baffle, put a piece of no-seeum fabric (you could probably use cotton fabric if you didn't have no-seeum fabric?) between the 2 parts of the vacuum hose, suck up the amount of down, and blow into the baffle.
