Help answer a few easy ones

Got my new summer phoenix and incubator in today. I just hung my Speer in my backyard to try them out. Love the workmanship! Really amazing quality down p the smallest detail. I wish it weren't 96 today so I could have stayed longer.

    My questions are:

On the Incubator; I can't see a difference in the head and foot so is it symmetrical? If so, it doesn't matter how I hang it.

Another Incubator question is what are the three loops on each side along the length used for?

No Phoenix questions so that is it for now. Thanks!!

Mine came with different colored S-biners. Black at the head and tan at the foot. It should look something like the picture here. Click on it to make it larger.

The loops are for more flexibility with whatever suspension method you use.

Mine has the knot tied in the head end, but I know there were some changes made recently to the design, so I don't know if that's still the case or if there's even a head end anymore. PM Stormcrow or Thorwren.

Agreed on the knot on the head end. There is a slight taper on the foot end I believe as well.

3 loops are for shock cord. Thread shock cord through the loops. Throw over your ridgeline and clip to the loops on the other side. In extreme cold, it really pulls the uq up and around you.

Ok, I can see the loops purpose now.

I thought I compared the foot to the head end and they were the same but I do have the two different S-biners so I must have missed it. I'll just follow the black Biner/tied knot at the head rule and be fine.

    Thanks everyone!
