With out fear of the curse of Faraoh, once called down, on an distant member of my Viking family. I would love to participate

But i'll need a guarantee of Aurora Boraelis!

    Thank god, at last
I was mostly testing the subscription thingy, with my changed e-mail adress !
My old one has been hijacked

We will always fear and respect the:
    The curse of Faraoh

Regarding the Aurora Boraelis it's in the hands our local god , who's name can't be said aload (only whispered)

He didn't do a very goood job at SKAHOw

With the fear of the curse in mind: I would also love to join in - however I'll need to see a massive improvement in my finances before giving my final ok.

... And also you need to arrange with the local gods, that we'll get the northern lights too

This is mostly for kicking ideas around and not for total commitment

I would love to see you both there though.

What has been discussed earlier in private
    1. Above the artic circle
    2. Northen light guaranties ?
    3. Really cold guaranties ?

I don't know if you thought about, that a pulk is almost a must !
Not so much b/c of the weight, but the bulk.
But weight might a prob without the pulk, when/if we move over snow ?

I am working on my new Pulk version right now
It will not be a Alpacka this time, but it will prob weight more
I will share the info when i got something to show!

What i learned from the last time was that over weight was not that expensive

But bringing a pulk would cost $$$, so the trick will be to bring something they don't recognize as a pulk

    Other lessons learned :
    • Everything with water freezes, incl vacuum flasks.
    • Butan lighters need to be really. really warm to work.
    • Gas stoves rocks.
    • Grizz beaks rocks.
    • Gear hammock was nice.
    • A shovel is nice to have.
    • Sometimes you shovel snow just to keep warm
    • And, bring really, really thick shock cord for the UQ (prob even do the the Shug mod to the UQ ?).

    +1 on all 3!

The idea of a hang north of the arctic circle is very appealing - reminder to my self: start buying lot's of a batteries for use in the arctic night!
