Welcome from East Central FL!! I generally hide out in the house during the height of summer. Even in a hammock I can't quite deal with the heat. I can sleep OK but even the daytime is miserable to me. Kayak trips in your neck of the woods are nice (Suwanee, Santa Fe, St Mary's, etc). There's always a cool place to take a dip.
