I was thinking about modding the Lafuma Simple Use 600 Sleeping Bag, which is rated for 40˚ and using it in combination with a Sea to Summit Reactor Plus Thermolite Compact Liner which is supposed to add another 20˚ of perceived warmth.
I was hoping to get down in the low 30's with this setup. Does this seem feasible? It would keep my top insulation below 2 lbs which would be great. I could also supplement with some extra clothing as well.
Just wanted some opinions from the experts.
