Moving and Deletion of Theads - what are the rules around here?

What I wonder is how the mods have time to go on hangouts and such? Basically the active ones I've seen lately doing "moderation" are angry sparrow, cannibal, and NC Patrick. These seem to be atleast checking in every 1/2 hour or so of the day. However, I have not seen much from Just Jeff, Headchange4you, or attroll for awhile. Maybe they take turns on who gets to deal with the troublemakers, and who gets to actually do the activity that this site is all about. Also, I'm sure these guys could be helping mtsquid over at WB... They need quite alot of moderation over there TBH.

It is just plain ole pleasent to come on here a bazillion times a day....
