down underquilts

Hello All,
Trying to find on this forum plans/instructions to make a down underquilt, but I search and search and can't find the ones I had read in the past. Anyone have any links for me?

and I'll add this observation - these instructions show a parallelogram shaped quilt optimized for a directional hammock like a WBBB where one sleeps on only one diagonal. For symmetrical hammocks, simple make the shape a rectangle. Same instructions apply.
