    Greetings from Utah

I purchased an ENO Double-Nest in February and it has been sitting on the floor in my home office since then. I took it out for the first time this weekend on a camping trip with my two sons. I have to admit that I was absolutely blown away. I could not believe how comfortable it was. Since I had planned to be in a tent with the boys, I didn't sleep in the DN, but I am planning on going back out this week and spending the night in it.

I have been a long time hiker/backpacker/camper, but this is my first foray into hammocks. I am looking forward to learning more through this forum.

    Thanks for the great resource.

Greetings from another Utah hammock hanger. Be sure to watch Shug's videos. Lots of info there & a few laughs. I have found sleeping in hammocks while camping to be very comfy. Remember that you need some kind of insulation below you in a hammock. Either a pad in the hammock or an underquilt. I was amazed at how cold I got the first time I slept in the hammock in 60 degree overnight temps. with just a sleeping bag. ENO is a good hammock, but you will want to switch out the stock suspension & straps if you really get into this. Have fun.

It is still really cold in the canyons at night. We were up AF Canyon this past weekend and it got to around 30 degrees. I am not prepared to take that on in a hammock just yet. It will definitely be a fun summer if Utah ever thaws out.

It's good to see more and more hangers from Utah.

We should organize a Utah specific hang sometime.
