If you look at the top of the photo WBG lists it as a Larks Head.
It is a double overhand not. It is used to make a stronger fisherman's knot to make the loop, and the loop is larks headed.
If that is a picture of the structural ridgline then it is an overhand knot. I just recently changed the structural ridgeline on my BB and the structural ridgeline loops were made with an overhand knot.
