    Im glad to see they re opened it! Sispey is my favorite place in Alabama and can't wait to head up there this fall for some trips!

    @wogs I think we are going to try and plan a group hang sometime this fall. Of course it will revolve around football ;o) at least for me anyway

    I love the Sipsey. We have camped there several time with our BSA troop but I feel that has ended with their new regulations. The Sipsey Wilderness is now restricting any groups over 10. This pretty much bans all Scout groups.

    That particular restriction (as you describe it) doesn't actually ban anyone, just makes them split into smaller groups of 10.

    There was a few spots on 209 (sipsey river trail) that were a little tough but all in all not that bad
