Amazing service from AHE

Im leaving for a section hike of the southern AT next week. Long story short i needed and UQ fast before i leave. I ordered the KAQ lost river on sunday and emailed them to try to work out a faster shipping arrangement. By wednesday i still had not herd from AHE, in desperation i ordered a HH supershelter with $55 of overnight shipping. the HH shipped thursday morning. That same day Paul emailed me saying that he just got back from a hike and that he would begin making the lost river right away. He had it made and shipped in 2 1/2 hours on thursday. On Friday UPS messed up our shipping and sent the supershelter to Texas (im in FL). This was not HH's faults but still aggravating.(I love H products) Today I got the UQ in the mail which was a big surprise. And i was just excited, and i felt writing a positive review. I DEFINITELY recommend AHE products.

Pauls stuff is top notch, it is very well made. His customer service is awesome as well.

+1 on the customer service. I had a minor issue with my last order, and Paul went out of his way to make it right for me. Good customer service is a pleasure to find, and I was really impressed.
