    Fiskars scissors

I have an old pair that came with a scabbard that has a sharpening device built-in. A couple of swipes and they cut fine.

I use a really sharp pocket knife and it works fine. When I use our scissors (crappy), it works but it isn't pretty. The sharper the cutting object the better. This stuff IS made to last after all. It shouldn't be so soft as to be cut with a butter knife.

I'll echo what others have already said... I use a really sharp knife and have no problems. My Mora works great.
