    Wish me luck.

I have convinced my girlfriend to hang in the backyard with me tonight. this is a dry run for future trips, and my attempt to get her off of the ground. Her biggest concern is the lack of cuddle factor in a hammock. I used the comfort factor to convince her. She helped me convert an old 40 degree coleman bag to a top and bottom quilt and she is getting to use those tonight too. So as the title says wish me luck!!

Just find some big tree's and hang the hammocks next to each other(on each side of the tree's), if she's worried, you can easily reach over and comfort her

    Good luck +1

Once she feels the warm cuddle of the hammock, she will never be the same.

I had this same thing happen to me with my lady. Just hang the hammocks real close so she can touch you if she reached out. She'll get over the cuddle factor if she can hold your hand. I know there is no cuddling in the woods. But, let's face it; we're suckers for our chicks and it's fun to have them along. Good luck dude.

Take up snoring whenever you sleep together in a tent. Just two or three times a night, let out a real loud and sudden one to pull her fully awake.

It can just be one of those weird things that never happen at home, but put you in a tent and your throat and nose just revolt.
Learning how to tie a couple knots never killed nobody. First ones I ever learned were pretty hard but they've kept my shoes on me for the better part of 45 years.
