    2qzq u/q question

I just got a new addition to my gear, and love it. They (2qzq) did an awesom job making the u/q protector.
The question I have is how do you hang it? Do you just take the shock cord and put it over the whipped ends,or do you use the 3/8 rogan webbing tabs thats on the end there are two on each end total of four.
    Stupid question I know.....

Dale Gribble: I'm thinking, "new hammock." For me, laying and swaying in a hammock is like a steady morphine drip without the risk of renal failure.

Randy : yea but just remember yer roots and where ya come from....you got Hennessy in yer blood son......

I attach my UQP by pulling the shock cord ends up and over the gathered ends of my WBBB. At the ends of the hammock, take both UQP shock cords (L&R) and pull them up and over the ridgeline, place both side together and tie a prusik knot (some foks use s-biners or mini-biners) on the shock cord. Do this on both ends. Slide each prusik knot about four inches from the ends of the hammock. Adjust till the UQP ends are snug to the ends of your hammock. Cinch up both UQP sides (L&R) with the cord locks, until the UQP is snug to your hammock sides.

that's the way you do it..
i sometimes use a mini-biner thru the loops.
UQP is a nice addition to the kit.
