    Thanks for the idea rich. I'd really like to keep this tarp as light as possible. I've heard shock cord is heavy don't know though never tried it.

    I know what you mean Ron.
    The 2.2 held well in my backyard testing with just light winds and I love the way LineLoc3 work, so simple to adjust.
    In keeping in the spirit of LW hiking the cuben tarp and Lash-it just seem to be a perfect match. I wished it would have worked for me.


    FYI future and current cuben tarp owners.
    A loose cuben tarps is noisy (kept me awake) however not as noisy as a loose spinn.
    Keeping a cuben tarp tight is critical on a windy nite.
