So this past weekend I to a few girlfreinds on our yearly camping trip. this is the first year I brought my hammock. well see how it was a glam trip I thought why not enjoy myself, so I hooked up a portalable dig TV in my Hammock! I think I had a better set up then anyone of the girls.

dang man how did you survive!
Dale Gribble: I'm thinking, "new hammock." For me, laying and swaying in a hammock is like a steady morphine drip without the risk of renal failure.

Randy : yea but just remember yer roots and where ya come from....you got Hennessy in yer blood son......

Nice set up I've been wondering how to rig my iPad up like that. There's a gap in the market for some enterprising hammock accessory manufacturer.

All you need is to use an iPod or iPad case and clip it to a ridge line. simple!

My iPad flip case works fine with a continuous loop and a carabiner.

I'm telling you it was rough! I did try to get one of the girls to bring me my coffee, but I can't repeat what she said in a family forum!
now to be fair they had air mattresses and inflatable couch, chair with a laptop (and WIFI when I wanted to be nice and turn it on) in their tent.

Simon: I just took a piece of cord and tied loops in each end and hung it over the ridgeline then slide it over the TV on ether side. do the same with my PSP (hanging in back in the case) and Droid phone

That sounds like an absolutely fabulous camping trip! Bringing a portable digital TV to enjoy in your hammock is such a creative and fun idea. It definitely takes "glamping" (glamorous camping) to a whole new level. You got to relax and enjoy the great outdoors without missing out on your favorite shows or movies. I bet your setup was the envy of all your friends. It’s all about making those camping trips memorable and comfortable. Do you have any tips or recommendations for others who might want to try something similar on their next outdoor adventure? Alx, Fläkt för bivack
