+1 for Strapworks. It's definitely heavier than what comes with the BB, but not by that much. It's a little stiffer too which makes it a little bothersome sometimes.

But it wears very well in my experience and is priced right.

i use the seat belt webbing from strapworks. a lot lighter then poly. 4.4 oz 12' with loops at end.

I'm using climbing webbing as a single line structer so i can also use it as a slackline when im not going to be on the trail. You can get it at REI

That nylon stuff stretches too much!

+1 on DIY Supply. At one point I wanted a fair amount and actually sourced rolls of webbing from companies that create trucking/moving supplies - Here
