Here's your presser foot. I'm sure it is the correct one, but you can check by turning your handwheel till the presser foot shaft is at its lowest point, from the thumbscrew hole center to the bed of the machine should be 1/2 inch. If so, PM me your address and I will ship tuesday. The spool holder on my parts machine is pressed in, or locked in so tight I can't turn it out. Sorry.

As I mentioned before, the spool holder is the easiest throw away on any machine. While it _can_ affect the tensions settings on a few machines under certain circumstances it is not likely to be any kind of a problem at all. Keep the replacement holder roughly the same height as the original so the thread doesn't pull along the machine and score the paint. (I know.. so many of these machines are in such pristine condition you'd never see the scoring... but still.)
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

hippofeet - PM sent. Thank you so much! I found something to replace the spool holder -thanks for trying.

Ramblinrev - I found a small steel rod - polished it with emery paper and gently tapped it in the hole - perfect fit.

Words fail me when I think of all the help all you guys are giving me. I appreciate the kindness. Thanks again from me and my sewing machine!

I think it was Speers that had directions for a bulk spool feeder. Made of a wire clothes hanger and a CD-ROM spool innards. Piece of cake tomake.
