    Another day trip in TSF.

Took the boys for a hike today. 6.2 mile round trip through the Tillamook State Forest, Storey Burn Trail. What made this one rough was breaking in a new pair of hiking boots. No blisters, but a few sore spots. The boys had a blast!

My oldest going Lundin style. The dude's always barefoot.

Great hike thanks for the trip report. Bare feet on moss, that is better than any shag rug.

Great pictures!! What a beautiful place!!!

Question: What are we looking at in the picture below the one of you (?) and your boy on the foot bridge? I can't tell what that is... . Could be tarp, could be turtles, could be tree roots, could be creek...???

    Thanks for posting! Enjoyed it!!

It was a rock formation that was exposed in a slide. Really odd to find that amongst all the emerald green of the forest.
