I use a mix kinda like Jwils. Lopsided W whipping on head and foot, with the corners pulled a bit, all held in a sheet bend. Works wonderfully.

I pull the corners and then use a modified sheet bend to tie it. Tried the W, and it was really comfy for side sleeping, but it felt to cut me in half for any other position. I never thought to try it for just one end though--just might have to give that a try .

I'm not familiar withe the pulled corners... made one HC4U style and love it. Always looking to try something new
